Their are several surprising benefits to consuming quail eggs. Eating mostly a pescetarian diet with occasional eggs it’s nice to find healthy items to throw into the mix. Apparently quail eggs are good for improving your vision, boosting energy levels, reducing blood pressure, soothing allergies, stimulating growth and repair, improving metabolism, cleansing the body, and preventing chronic diseases.
Quail are mid-sized birds found in North Africa, Europe, some parts of Asia, and the southern United States. The eggs are a rich source of protein, vitamin B1 and B2, vitamin A, and good cholesterol.
